AVAILABLE YARNS & COLOURS

Choose a yarn and colour.
Then customise the hat.

Fibre composition is one part of the choice. Yarn thickness, knit structure, colour supply and the finish you want all belong in the same conversation.

PROJECT NOTES

Choose from available yarn types and colours for your custom beanie. Our factory team confirms fibre composition, shade availability and quantities before making a sample.

Real colour-reference photographs supplied by our team. Images are not material certifications or guarantees of exact stock shades. Final colour and fibre specifications require confirmation with a physical sample.

A yarn name is not a finished specification

Send an existing hat or yarn swatch when feel is important. A photograph can show a surface, but it cannot confirm fibre content, yarn count or how a hat will recover after stretching.

If your brand needs a particular claim—such as an exact blend, a sourcing certification or a defined care performance—put that requirement in the brief at the beginning. It needs supporting information for the actual yarn and finished product.

COLOUR DEVELOPMENT

A colourway starts
with a conversation.

Bring a physical swatch or a named colour reference. We can discuss existing shades and custom colour development against the chosen yarn and quantity.

These eight digital concepts help compare directions; our real colour-card photographs are shown above. Screen appearance is not a guaranteed dye match.

  1. ReferenceIdentify body, cuff, artwork and trim colours separately.
  2. Physical reviewCompare the yarn or knitted swatch in agreed lighting.
  3. Sample approvalApprove the complete colourway on the actual hat.

Material and dye minimums are confirmed for the project.
