Can I choose the yarn composition?
Yes. Send the required fibre composition or a reference for the feel you want. Merino wool, acrylic and reflective yarn options can be discussed. The exact yarn specification and supply need to be agreed for the project.
Can you develop a custom colour?
Colour development can be discussed from a physical swatch or a clearly identified colour reference. Whether an existing shade or a new dye route is appropriate depends on the yarn, supply and quantity. A screen colour is a starting reference, not a final physical match.
Can the hat have a knitted logo instead of embroidery?
Knitted-in artwork is one of the methods to review. Its detail must work at the stitch scale, so the wordmark, colour changes and final size should be checked before sampling.
What other logo options can I discuss?
Embroidery, woven labels and sewn patches are further directions. Placement, artwork size, backing or attachment and comfort on a stretchy knit should be reviewed on the sample.
Do I need a complete tech pack?
A complete tech pack is helpful, but a clear reference, sketch or written brief can start the discussion. Mark any dimensions, colour or branding details you already know.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum starts at 50 pieces for eligible custom beanie styles, including smaller branded runs. We also handle larger bulk orders. Yarn supply, custom dyeing, logo complexity and the number of colourways may affect the minimum for a particular specification.
How much does a sample cost?
Sample-making fees are quoted after reviewing your design and specifications. We refund the sample-making fee when you place a qualifying order of 100 pieces or more. The applicable refund and any other sample, revision or shipping terms are stated in your written quotation.
Can I order 50 beanies or scale up to a larger quantity?
Yes. Eligible styles can start from 50 pcs for custom logos and available yarn colours, while larger bulk orders are welcome. Share quantities per colourway and your preferred knit construction so our team can confirm feasibility and pricing.
How long do samples and production take?
Timing depends on yarn readiness, colour development, artwork, construction, revisions and the production schedule. Ask for a written estimate with its starting conditions.
Can I specify packaging or labels?
Include the required care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging in the brief. Availability, layout, attachments, cost and compliance details need to be agreed.
Can you confirm merino or reflective performance from a photo?
No. A photo shows appearance. Fibre content, sourcing certifications and performance need their own specifications, documents or suitable testing for the actual product.
What information helps with shipping?
Give the destination country and postal code, desired arrival date and any import or delivery requirements. Freight method, transit estimate and responsibilities are agreed separately.
